As a Level III certified residence, we offer 24/7 staff supervision and in-house case management services. We focus on life skill development and care coordination with outside clinical providers. Structured activities focus on fostering a sense of health, home, purpose and community.

Lorain Recovery Apartments
Our Lorain location offers fully furnished recovery apartments for both men and women. Residents live in two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, allowing for greater independence while receiving ongoing recovery support and supervision. This setting is ideal for individuals transitioning from treatment who are ready to develop independent living skills within a supportive recovery community.
Massillon Recovery Housing
Our Massillon location features a 24-bed recovery residence with shared living spaces designed to foster peer support, accountability, and community engagement. While residents do not live in individual apartments, they receive the same high-quality recovery housing services, case management, life skills development, and recovery support that Silver Maple Recovery is known for. The shared living environment promotes connection with others in recovery while providing a structured setting for personal growth and sobriety.
Services Available at Both Locations
Residents of both the Lorain and Massillon recovery housing programs benefit from:
- 24-hour staff support and supervision
- In-house case management services
- Required participation in treatment, recovery meetings, and community-based recovery activities
- Assistance developing treatment goals, identifying recovery supports, and exploring employment and educational opportunities
- Transportation assistance for treatment appointments, recovery meetings, medical appointments, and other essential needs
- Life skills development and resident education focused on healthy, independent living
- Long-term recovery support and care coordination with outside providers
- Access to Silver Maple Recovery’s full continuum of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), as clinically appropriate
